UHY Advisors in the US is again opening its annual audit training to delegates from member firms throughout the network.
The audit training – two courses, on 18-22 July and repeated on 19-23 September – comprises a programme of technical and administrative training, plus team-building exercises.
Organiser Tim Brouillette (picture below), principal with UHY LLP, says participants will find the courses professionally rewarding.
The programme is for staff-level employees, not senior managers. Separate audit manager training will be available at a later date.
The cost of the programme is approximately USD 1,000, which includes meals, accommodation, social activities, course materials and transport to and from the airport to the training centre in Chicago.
Participants must buy their own airfare to Chicago in addition to this amount. Delegates are expected to book their own flights, arriving on the Sunday evening before the first day of the programme, and leaving Chicago depending on the level of training selected (as shown below).
All training is conducted in English and a high proficiency in English is necessary to benefit from it. Translation is not provided.
For the first time the programme is divided into five separate levels in accordance with delegates' years of audit experience. Each level has its own agenda. The training will run from three days to five days, depending on the level attended.
